OLIO IGP CAMPANIA is a an extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from olives from Campania Region. This EU mark also guarantees that the the acidity level (as % of oleic acid is lower than 0,4 and that the oil is at least medium fruity and has a good balance between bitter and peppery flavours.
